Removing Items from your order 

If you would like to remove items from your order, please contact us here as soon as possible so we can update your order before it ships. A refund will be issued for the removed items. Please note that refunds will initially appear as pending for up to 2 days, and it may take up to 10 business days for the full amount to be reflected in your account.

Adding or replacing items in your order

We’re unable to add items existing order once it has been placed. However, depending on the circumstances, we may be able to help you place a separate order for the additional item you'd like. Please reach out to us directly for further details. 

In some cases, we may also be able to replace an item in your order with a different variant or product. This depends on the status of your order and product availability, so please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to make a change.
