To cancel an order, please return to our main help center page and select "Cancel Order" or contact our customer support team through the contact form on our help center page. 

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen. Once your order has been canceled, your refund will be pending for 2 business days and it can take up to 10 business days for you to receive the refunded amount. 

Please note that order cancellations are not possible once it has been shipped.
