Refunds
At Bungu, we provide a refund if you receive a damaged or defective item. For lost or stolen items, please contact our support team through our contact form to have a representative review your case. After the review, our team will determine the most appropriate resolution.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to accommodate issues related to damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will look into the problem and we will arrange for a replacement or provide an alternative resolution. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Lost or Missing Packages
If you do not contact us about your lost or missing package within 30 days from the date of delivery, we will not be able to provide a reshipment or refund.
Unclaimed Packages
If your package is returned to our facility and remains unclaimed for more than 30 days after we have contacted you and received no response, the items will be returned to our inventory, and no refund will be issued.
