Shipping Policy

Introduction 
All orders from bungu store are dispatched from Tokyo, Japan. We offer worldwide Express Shipping, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery so your package arrives safely and in a timely manner. 

Order Fulfillment and Delivery

• All orders take between 1 - 4 business days to be fulfilled before being shipped.
• Express Shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days after your package has left our facility.
• Please note that orders placed on Friday will be fulfilled on Monday. Orders placed during Japanese National Holidays will be fulfilled the following day.

Backordered Items
Backordered items are temporarily out of stock but available for purchase. When you place an order for a backordered item, we will order additional stock as soon as possible. Please note this may result in a 1 - 2 business day delay in fulfilling your order. 

Shipping Delays During High Order Volume 
Due to our small team, a sudden increase in orders may cause slight delays in processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. Rest assured, we are committed to fulfilling all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care you expect. International Shipping
Express Shipping: For fast delivery, we offer Express Shipping through FedEx or DHL directly from Japan. This service aims for delivery within one week or less from the time of shipment.

Shipping Couriers:
We ship our packages with DHL and FedEx.
