TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) Certification Form
Shipments to the United States may require a completed TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) Certification Form for customs clearance.
These forms are necessary for certain imported goods to ensure compliance with TSCA regulations. The purpose of the form is to declare that all chemical substances in the shipment comply with applicable TSCA rules or orders. Please rest assured that your order does not contain any toxic substances—this is simply a routine part of the customs process.
Common stationery items such as rubber stamps, ballpoint pens, ink refills, and other similar products may require a TSCA form.
To prevent any delays, we will include a completed TSCA Certification Form with your package to ensure smooth processing.
Due to TSCA Customs Clearance processing, your package may be delayed and may not be delivered within the expected timeframe of 5–7 business days after shipment. If your order takes longer than expected to arrive, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If FedEx requires a new certification form to be filled out, we would be happy to provide one to you.
Letter of Authorization (LOA) Form
By purchasing from us, you authorize us to use your information to complete and submit a physical copy of the required TSCA Certification Form and Authorization form on your behalf. These forms are essential for ensuring compliance with TSCA regulations for certain goods imported into the United States.
This authorization allows us to facilitate smooth shipment processing, preventing unnecessary delays or additional communication between Bungu, customs authorities, and the customer. By consenting to this process, you acknowledge that we will handle the necessary documentation to expedite your shipment’s clearance.
Please note that FedEx may notify you, as the importer, and request that you submit the Letter of Authorization (LOA) directly to [email protected] rather than the shipper. This requirement is a standard part of the customs clearance process and will help facilitate the release of your package.
If you have received an email from FedEx requesting a Letter of Authorization (LOA) form, please complete the blank form below:
